Her career is marked by a passion for advancing sustainable practices in the seafood industry. Previously, as a key contributor at the Good Fish Foundation, Michelle played a pivotal role in promoting market demand for sustainable seafood, helping to transform the sector through strategic initiatives. Before that, she served as a Project Manager for Fisheries Research at Wageningen Marine Research, where she spearheaded collaborative projects with fishermen to innovate and enhance welfare standards and data collection. Michelle’s ability to engage stakeholders and drive meaningful change makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
