The story

The Situation

In an increasingly digital economy, many solo entrepreneurs and small startups in the Netherlands—particularly those in personal service sectors like law, nail salons, and dentistry—struggled with building a professional online presence that could support their business growth and customer engagement.

Challenges

My Roles

Together with my Vietnamese partner, I co-founded and manage a service that provides cost-effective, user-friendly website solutions tailored for small businesses and solo professionals. My responsibilities include:

Solution

How I Supported and Solved Problems

Bridging the Digital Gap

Many of our clients had no prior experience with websites or digital tools. I provided personalized consultations to understand their services, branding goals, and customer behavior—then translated those needs into intuitive, modern website designs.

Tailored Functionalities

We ensured each site was not just visually appealing, but practical—integrating features like online booking systems for nail salons and dentists, legal consultation request forms for law firms, and mobile-responsive layouts for all devices.

Affordable, Bilingual Solutions

By leveraging a Vietnam-based development team, we kept costs competitive. I also supported Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the Netherlands by offering bilingual websites (Dutch–Vietnamese or English–Vietnamese) to better reach their communities.

End-to-End Service

Beyond design and launch, I provided hosting advice, basic SEO setup, and follow-up training for clients to manage their content or appointment systems independently.
